The Pentlow Training Centre is committed to providing quality training programs to meet individual learning needs. This is achieved by ensuring that all our customers recieves as service that meets our 10 guaranteed standards.
The Pentlow Training Centre 10 guaranteed standards.
1. All assessors employed by the Pentlow Training Centre will be occupationally competent in the area in which they will be delivering work based training.
2. All candidates have access to fair, safe and reliable assessment.
3. Candidates will have a comprehensive induction with a qualified assessor to ensure that they are fully conversant with Awarding Body requirements.
4. All candidates have an individual learning plan, tailored to their preferred learning style.
5. Awards will be delivered by a qualified assessor in the workplace on a one-to-one monthly basis.
6. All work based learning is Candidate led and delivered in a manner and pace appropriate to the needs of the individual.
7. Pentlow assessors are proactive with Candidate portfolios and ensure all work completed by the candidate is assessed within specific time frames.
8. All qualified staff employed by the Pentlow Training Centre will have access to continued professional development opportunities to improve the effectiveness in the delivery of work based learning.
9. All Prospective learners are visited by a representative of Pentlow Training Centre to discuss all available options available to the learner and employer, prior to registration.
10. All learners and employers will be encouraged to feedback on the service provided by Pentlow Training Centre through optional learner and employer questionnaires.
